Valerie Hazan: Profile


Valerie Hazan is Professor of Speech Sciences in the Department of Speech, Hearing and Phonetic Sciences (SHaPS), which is part of the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences at UCL. She was, until recently, Head of the SHaPS Research Department.

She primarily works with Dr Outi Tuomainen, senior research fellow and co-investigator on our funded grant, Linda Taschenberger, researcher on our grant, Giulia Borghini and Julie Saigusa, PhD students and a number of students carrying out research projects linked to our research.  External collaborators include Jeesun Kim and Chris Davis from MARCS Institute in Australia, Doug Brungart from Walter Reed in the US and Ann Bradlow from Northwestern University.
